We know which flats have been sold in your area in recent months (whether flats sold by us or not) and we apply the data from these testimonials. Once this basic assessment has been made, we will apply the summative corrective factors (large terrace, good views, finishes, ...), or we will apply reductive corrective factors (no lift, need for renovations, building pathologies, ...)

It takes a lot of effort and resources to obtain and know the details of the flats sold in your area, which is why few real estate agents can use the resources to obtain them or are not directly willing to use them. We do NOT save when it comes to you !!!
